Other: From quality and manufacturing point of view this is closer to Junmai Daiginjo than Ginjo. Producer has been very modest. Great Junmai Ginjo anyhow.

Recomm.temp.: -1  - +8 oC !!! Not for heating..

Use with: Fishfood, fish with white meat, shellfish.clam, sushi, mild Asian food served with rice, fowl, green vegetables like steamed broccoli and asparagus, social gatherings, coctails.

Other:  brewed and maturated in cold conditions. pasteaurisation only once. Absolute recommendation is to enjoy this sake as cold as possible. In Japan this sake is served with ice cubes or even in frostwork. 

Tip: Once the bottle is opened, it can be sealed with sparkling wine cork.  

 

 

Hakutsuru Tanrei Junmai 180 ml

Quality: Junmai-shu
Rice:  Local rice , polishing: 70%

SMV: +2   Alc.. 13.5 %-vol.

Recomm.temp.: + 8 - +18 oC ,+45 oC

Use with: Sushi, mild Asian food served with rice, green vegetables like steamed broccoli, coctails, food making. 

Tip: Once the bottle is opened it can be sealed with wine bottle cork.

Quality: Soju *****  (spirit) 

World most popular disctilled spirit made of sweet potato, tapioca and rice. Five time filtrated with active carbon filters. And finally the product is ultra clean, crystal clear and smooth soju. Perfect match with drinks with berries and fruit juices and best as strait. Recommended schnapps, especially if you should take many schnapps in row (like crab feast)

Choya Umeshu Sarari    10%  

Quality: Umeshu, mild liqueur (in Finland

long drink) 

Made of Japanese apricot Umeboshi by extracting. Tasting plum, yellow raisins, 

and hint on bitter almond. Light and fresh. Recommended to drink well chilled, with ice or mixed with dry (too dry) sparkling wine etc.

Genshu Umeshu 19.5%

Quality: Umeshu, liqueur

Made of Japanese apricot, umeboshi.

Full bodied and smooth. Tasting of well matured apricot, hint of plum, yellow raisins, lemon, and some almonds. Certain similarity with Disaronno Amaretto, but less sweet and more fresh.

Enjoy slightly chilled or with ice. Very versatile and high quality liqueur specially  for drinks

Hakutsuru Yuzu   10.5%

Quality: Yuzu mild liqueur (in Finland long-drink)

Made of Shochu and Japanese lemon "yuzu". Utterly fresh lemon taste with some hint of quinine. Sugar level is relatively low to keep the freshness and acidity of yuzu-fruit in top. Enjoy strait with ice or well chilled. Very recommended for fresh drinks. Try with different lemon sodas. Taste profile has

eternal relationship with Limonello liqueur, but Yuzu long-drink has far lower sugar content, lower alcohol content and much higher lemon taste and acidity.
